Stop & Sop is a grocery store chain with a 1.2 million square ft distribution center is Assonet, MA. The distribution center has approximately 1,200 associates from management to union positions.

Perishable Operations Manager, Sept.2010 to Dec. 2011

Directed all areas of the 3rd shift selection and receiving operation in the perishable facility. Managed the process of selection of 1.2 million cases a week. Mentored associates in the personal advancement of their careers. Administered progressive discipline for contractual offences.

Grocery Operations Manager; Mar. 2008 to Sept.2010

Managed all areas of the 3rd shift selection and receiving operation in the grocery facility. Managed the selection process of 800,000 cases per week. Worked with 3 rd party vendors to consolidate incoming loads. Arraigned timely schedules for cross-docked pallets to arrive in Assonet increased productivity.
