Thesis
Behavioral Modeling of Game Characters Design Tools: 3D Game Studio (3DGs), 3DS Max 7
■ Designed 3D virtual characters that are intelligent enough to react and express the right behavior in different
environments.
■ Incorporated real life characteristics of tiger, deer and man in the virtual character designed.
■ The characters were designed and made to interact with different characters in a virtual environment.
Performance evaluation of RMI Platform: Java
■ Evaluated the security risks and performance of Remote Method Invocation (RMI).
■ Enhanced the security of this system by encrypting the data using Rijndael algorithm.
■ Designed and implemented a search algorithm to simplify locating the methods residing in remote machines in a
distributed environment.

■ Set Extension with various footage elements.
■ CG Elements ( rain, lighting, Fog) and other stock footage elements ( Sky, flood).
■ Keyed and composited all elements together and color corrected.
Music Videos
Editing Tools: Final Cut Pro 7
■ Remix an audio song with different visuals to create a new music video.
■ Edit video sequences, using Final Cut Pro, and added new video effects to the visual.
■ Create a new video, by editing various existing videos, to convey the concept of unity in a country.
Robotic Ostrich – 3D Model
Design Tools: Maya 2009, After Effects CS5,
■ Designed and modelled a robotic ostrich.
■ Added texture and colour to the model and added fine details to the robot.
■ Created an environment to animate the movements of the Ostrich.
Earth Invasion - Mobile Game
Genre: Strategy Game
Design Tools: Photoshop CS 3, J2ME Wireless Toolkit
■ Developed a space shooting game between humans and aliens for mobile phones.
■ A 3 level game - Earth, Space and Bonus level, with each level designed with different species of aliens.
■ 2D Sprites including octopus alien, hand alien, rotten apples, bottles, fish bones, tanks and maps were designed.
■ Game is programmed in J2ME using jEdit editor.
Biomedical Data Visualization
Design Tools: VTK 4.2, Tcl
■ Evaluated the volume dataset of CT scanned head dataset and extracted the isosurface that represents skin & bone.
■ Developed a program to render the isosurface and to visualize the iron protein data set from volume head dataset.

Genre: Shooting Game - First Person Shooter
Design Tools: 3D Game Studio 6, 3DS Max and Photoshop
■ Designed and implemented the game based on the (Mechanics, Dynamics and Aesthetics) MDA approach.
■ Game characters, objects and levels were digitally sculpted and integrated into the WED editor with camera, light
and sound entities.
■ Programmed the character behaviors and their actions into the game environment.
Database Design - Casino
Language: SQL
■ Recorded the membership type, number of games played and the win/loss details of each player into a database.
■ The database was used to control the behavior of the players and also to ensure that the players do not register
and play more than one game at a time.
3D Chessboard - Short film
Design Tools: 3DS Max 7.0 and Flash.
■ A slow motion film with the animation sequence spanning 5 minutes in length and covering 10,000 frames.
■ Chess Board and Chess pieces were modelled and animated.
■ Added sculptural atmospheric and light effects to the film.
3D Models
3D Modeling software: Autodesk Maya
■ Modelled 3D Bees, Plants and Flowers for a short animation movie.
Car Race – Gaming chair for Disabled

■ Landscape and other objects were modelled and loaded into the game engine.

■ Published the paper “Smart Terrain on Urban Environment” in an International Journal on Computer Science and

treatment for AIDS”, India, 2006.
