Functional areas of responsibility encompassed EPA, OSHA and DOT regulatory compliance at 68 locations for 4,500 union and non-union employees throughout the US. Reported to the SVP of HR.

Achieved the following KPI successes after re-engineering the EHS department within 2-1/2 years:

Ø Reduced TRIR (Total Recordable Incident Rate) rate from 10.14 to 4.42;

Ø Reduced LDIR (Lost Day Incident Rate) rate from 1.8 to 1.14; and
