I started out working the first 22 years of my career at Schindler Elevator Corporate
Headquarters Toledo, OH in different engineering & sales estimating capacities. I was
Then promoted to General manager of the Schindler Albany, NY District office where
I spent the next 11 years. In the fall of 2005 I took a job as the Service Manager for
ThyssenKrupp Elevator in Orlando, FL. In the summer of 2008 I joined the District
staff at Kone in Orlando, FL. I was the District Installation Manager.

Ability to exceed customer expectations, proactively anticipate customer needs and increase the overall customer satisfaction ratings through my operations expertise.
Direct Field Operations, which includes budget financial management, inventory management, purchasing/procurement, business development/sales, ISO quality implementation, SAFETY, recruiting, training, and client relationship/partnership management.
