• Successfully introduced Solvent Free Technology for manufacturing Cyanoacrylate Monomers.

• Was involved in formulating and producing more than 50 types of Modified Ethyl Cyanoacrylate and Methyl Cyanoacrylate Modified Adhesive Composition with high viscosity, fast curing surface insensitive, high impact and temperature resistant; Anaerobic curing adhesive compositions – thread lockers, retainers, sealants and impregnators; UV curing adhesives and Epoxy fast curing compositions; Activators and Primers for Cyanoacrylates, Anaerobic, Acrylic and Epoxy Adhesive.

• Analytical methods developed included: HPLC, GC, UV/vis, and etc.

• Was involved in developing and manufacturing Liquid Photopolymer Resins for Printing Plates. Invented best selling Photopolymer with low yellowing properties. Completed numerous corrective actions in Plant production. • Was a Project Leader for developing of Liquid occlusion adhesives for filling brain AVMs using Cyanoacrylates and participated in developing process of topical skin protection, wound closure adhesive base on Modified Cyanoacrylate Monomers.
