MIF 5 is a 47,400 SF multi-story facility that provides general and applied instructional and administrative spaces for Anatomy/Physiology (to include cadaver presentation and storage spaces) , Joint Eye/Ophthalmic, Respiratory Therapy, Cardiopulmonary, Joint Cardiovascular and ITRO Orthopedic Courses. The building will be of structural steel construction with a stucco / brick exterior. Oversaw 2 specialized CQC personal,
Electrical, and Mechanical. Also oversaw the Site Health and Safety Officer. The Project value is $18 million, plus (2 RFP’s).

The project includes construction of a 4-story structure totaling 115,363 NSF containing 203 non-handicap units and 7 handicap units for a total of 210 units. Each unit will have a separate bathroom. The project also includes site work, installation of various utilities and demolition of existing asphalt parking surfaces. Supervised 3 specialty CQC’s ( mechanical, electrical, and architectural ) and a Site Safety Officer. The project value was $26 million, plus (3 RFP’s).

Oversaw the installation of 26 pair fiber optic cables and the replacement of 19,000 lin. feet of primary
underground cable and subsequent termination. Installation was by the means of underground directional boring.
