July 2004-Present: Manager of Manufacturing for an ISO 9001, ISO 10012 Defense Prime contractor/ sub contractor manufacturing company at Rand Machine Products, Inc. The position is responsible for developing and managing the production function of the company. This position includes qualification efforts for government contractual product, development and maintenance of the contractual requirements of the government purchase orders and the procurement of vendor services. The daily production scheduling of product and the placement of the staff is a responsibility of this position. Employee hiring, training, discipline, and termination are responsibilities of this position.
2006-July 2010: Quality Assurance Manager for an ISO 9001, ISO 10012 Defense Prime contractor/ sub contractor manufacturing company at Rand Machine Products, Inc. The position is responsible for developing and managing the quality function of the company. This position includes qualification efforts for government contractual product, development and maintenance of quality documents/records, assembly and oversight of certification package documentation, all aspects of development and management of the quality system, the development and management of quality laboratories in the company (QC, NDT, CMM, Calibration, Corrosion testing), the calibration system, and the training program. 2007-Present: Non Destructive Testing Department Manger for a Defense Prime contractor/ sub contractor.
