Traveled the Texas Panhandle abstracting and examining delinquent tax properties,

including Oil and Gas properties. I worked in abstract plants and courthouses searching the

properties. I also checked with the Railroad Commission in Pampa, Texas searching for

current owners of mineral leases. I also had to check the interest for each royalty interest owner, overriding royalty owner and working interest owner to verify that the interest these people were being taxed for was correct.

Compiled sovereignty of soil abstracts of title for oil and gas companies. These abstracts were for oil and casinghead gas wells along with gas wells. In order to compile the abstract, I had to determine who had which leases and to what depth as to the oil and casinghead, I also had to determine how much royalty interest each owner had, who had overriding royalty interest and working interest for each lease on the property.

I also abstracted and examined residential property for title insurance.
