Reported to the Architect of the Capitol on a green project for the senate office buildings. Retrofitted 26,000 light fixtures to smart ballasts with Lutron dimming systems. Witnessed replacement of 143 distribution transformers for power distribution to new “K” rated more efficient transformers and factory testing of same.
