a) Project Lead: Return Authorization (RA) Confirmation, RMS/SIM to Pkms WH Inve.

RA API Interface was designed in order to process the Return Merchandize into the Inventory and QC for rework. An API Interface program is designed and developed for unmatched SKUs from the original Shipped Items with price validations and will ADD Skus to Distribution system. Another API interface to transfer inventory from RMS/SIM to Pkms Physical warehouse and send the confirmation to RMS.

Responsibilities: Project design, Data Models, BP requirements

• Created API design document with required BP changes and Configure WH Master

• An Interface StoreProc, to transfer between RMS and different Pkms WH instances

b) Technical Lead - BP / Interfaces: Integration of PEI Retail Stores in Oracle’s Retek – WMS

PEI has cutting-edge technology in both Wholesale distribution and Retail store systems. A unique company which integrated both environments using many interfaces and connects to Corporate Business. PEI Warehouses acts as a Supplier for Retail stores and ship merchandizes as per Allocation or Transfers. The PO, Intransit, Receipts and Inventory were maintained in RMS and SIM for stores and controlled by Essentus with Custom Interfaces among RMS / SIM, Pkms-WMS and OM-Essentus Applications. The job responsibilities included gathering requirements from Consultants, spec. to developers to create APIs, DB privileges and links with proper System Audit procedures.

Responsibilities: Business Process definition and Project Activities are,

• Interfacing Approved Transfers and Allocations from RMS to Pkms-WMS

• Sending Shipment / ASN info from Pkms-WMS to RMS and SIM

• Receiving RMS PO in the Warehouses and receive cases thro’ an Intransits

c) Technical Lead – Data Conversion: (Jan-May 08) New Acquisition of Liz Laundry, C&C California

PEI has acquired recently Liz Laundry and C & C California divisions from Liz Claiborne, Inc. Convert and Integrate with Jesta-Essentus, a complete Order Management system by interfacing with Warehouses, EDI and Oracle Financials. Drafted the current Business Processes and identified the Data Requirement layouts by Modules. Wrote complete Conversion project plans, design proposals both internally and interacted with clients on “Data sources”. Functional / Technical specifications for all Customer, Item Masters and MRP BOM processes. Converted and Configured Open Transactions to New Divisions, a volume of 0.5m records into Corporate environment.

Responsibilities: Complete Integration includes,

• Identified the environments and organized Development DB for conversion purpose

• Assessment of interfaces and mapping with Fit / Gap Analysis and X-Refs

d) Systems Analyst - ITEM Interfaces: Interfacing ITEM MASTER into Retek – RMS / SIM

An ITEM with multiple color/sizes are created at Design stage in WebPDM and interfaced into Wholesale system. Babsed on Licensed Labels criteria, the ITEMs are uploaded into Retek RMS ITEM MASTER and then to SIM, RPAS and RDW thro’ RIB Interfaces. Pre-defined and User-Defined Attributes are seeded. Provided required Data Models to Consultants and established an Item Interface which runs 3 times / day on a scheduler. Stored Procedures on Shell script is used to interface Style’s updates / deletion into RMS with system Audit Trail records/logs.

Responsibilities: Detail Design and System Testing,

• Identified functional entities for ITEM on Retek RMS – Division, Label, Attributes, UPCs

• Definition of Item level, Class/Sub-class, Packing sizes and Data Mapping from Essentus

• Created a custom model to calculate MAC Cost for Parent/ Child ITEMs from the source

• Integrating 3rd Party ITEMS (Perfumes, Watches, Belts, etc. ) into RMS thro’ interface & Testing

• A Shell script runs on a scheduler by transferring ITEM MASTERs into RMS DB

e) Technical Lead - Shipment / EDI ASNs Using BPO-India, replaces MERCATOR/ ASN process

During Quarter / Year end shipping, ASNs gets delayed due to high volume transactions. To avoid a Chargeback from EDI Customers for every late ASN transmission, we replaced the existing Mercator Shipment process into an EDI ASN process with 75% higher performance. PEI provided a complete Interface Program Specifications to re-write the ASN Process to a BPO service provider in India. This shipment process was implemented on 3 Pkms instances for warehouses across US / Canada to handle approx. 75-80K cartons on same day with multiple Transportation types.

Responsibilities: Detailed Design Specifications and Volume Testing,

• Created Detailed Design Documentation and Price negotiations

• Established VPN access, Private DBlinks across Databases

• Specifications to do pre-process and multi-thread processes on a scheduler
