North Shore LIJ Health System is the second largest non-profit secular health system in the nation. The IT infrastructure supports a 7B dollar health system that employs 46000 team members at over 20 facilities in the New York metropolitan area.

Responsible for architecture, engineering, implementation, and operations of a 24X7 IT infrastructure. Oversee and mentor 2 enterprise architects and three functional managers with indirect responsibility for 48 direct reports.

Responsible for managing client expectations and meeting Service Level Agreements defined in the master outsourcing agreement.

SPECTRUM HEALTH, Grand Rapids, MI 2008 – 2011

MANAGER – MAINFRAME, SERVERS, & STORAGE (2010 – 2011)
