WELDING

Conduct WQT & PQR as per ASME sec.IX & as per the project requirements.

Preparation & review of WPS using supporting PQR.

Pre, In Process & post welding inspection.

Witness & review of NDT (MT, PT, PMI, PWHT & Hardness test).

Welding equipment calibration inspection and verification.

Inspection and monitoring of incoming weld consumables and handling, storage, daily issuance respectively.

Review & verification of documentation such as DWR, Fit-up reports, issuing Prevention & Corrective action (NCR), selection of joints for RT, repair joints.

Monitoring of weld joint rejection rate & welders performance, conducts tool box meetings.
