Global manufacturer of precision printing presses for the print media industry. Based in Heidelberg, Germany, with development and production sites in seven countries serving nearly 200,000 customers.

Inventory Specialist

• Recruited in 2004 as a contract Installation Coordinator and brought on board permanently six months later.

• Managed order processing and all aspects of procurement to delivery for $5 million in inventory. Utilized SAP for creating purchase requisitions and purchase orders. Also maintained OS&D reports.

• Provided ongoing support for 37 account managers in six (6) regions, several operations managers and Vice Presidents.

• Managed inventory of fixed asset equipment in addition to Polar-Mohr cutters and peripherals, TKM knives, and miscellaneous stock from Heidelberg AG, Dorner Conveyors and Acme Scales.

• Oversaw inventory reconciliation process with landed cost for price reduction on aging stock. Determined reorder levels, worked with logistics on inbound delivery schedules and adjustment for delays.
