Responsible for harness routing to all avionics boxes and components in these zones. Created preliminary wire routing and refined wire harnesses to firm configuration of aircraft. Worked directly with engineering, structures and systems organizations for preliminary harness routing definition. Designed and created supportive parts to interface with structure where specified. Incorporated existing electrical connectors, backshells, panel receptacles from parts library. Flight line: Initial assembly for harness and equipment fit-out.
Preparation, management and oversight of final harness routing off-load packages to Butler’s Indiana facility. Daily interface, review and checking of final harness data.
