• King Architectural Metals, Dallas, TX. Manufacturing/Procurement Consultant. King is a major manufacturer and distributor of ornamental fencing for major real estate development projects. They have three distribution centers. In the areas of Distribution, Manufacturing, Materials Planning, and Procurement, I was responsible for software configuration, core team user training, and data conversion planning (Using Oracle J.D. Edwards EnterpriseOne v8.12). Forecasting, Distribution Requirements Planning, Material Requirements Planning, Capacity Requirements Planning, Shop Floor Control, Inventory Management, Procurement, Product Data Management, and Product Costing Modules. • Brightstar US, Inc., Libertyville, IL. Manufacturing/Procurement Consultant. Brightstar Corporation is the world’s leading wireless distribution and supply-chain solutions company. In the areas of Manufacturing, Materials Planning, and Procurement, I was responsible for software configuration, core team user training, and data conversion planning (Using Oracle J.D. Edwards EnterpriseOne v8.12). Inventory Management, Procurement, Product Data Management, Product Costing, Material Requirements Planning, Capacity Requirements Planning, and Shop Floor Control Modules. (July 2007 – May 2008).

• Flint Energy Services Ltd., Edmonton, AL, Canada. ERP Project Manager. Flint is North America's leading fully integrated midstream construction and production service provider to the oil and natural gas industries. Responsible defining the implementation plan of Flint’s J.D. Edwards ERP system for the Tubular Management Division, a recent Flint acquisition. Responsibilities included; working with the key division users to analyze business operations, configuration of the JDE software, conference room pilot, key user J.D. Edwards training, and development of a high level conversion and implementation plan. The implementation was put on “hold” by executive management (Using Oracle J.D. Edwards EnterpriseOne v8.11). Inventory Management, Sales Order Processing, Procurement, Product Data Management, and Shop Floor Control Modules. (April 2007 – July 2007).

• ASCO Power Technologies, Florham Park, NJ. Documentation and Training Consultant. Division of Emerson Electric and world leader in emergency and standby power transfer solutions; International, multi-plant, engineer-to-order operation. I developed J.D. Edwards business process user training manuals, proficiency exams, and user profile training curricula (using J.D. Edwards World A7.3). Engineering Change Control, PDM, MPS/MRP Planning, Procurement, Shop Floor Control, Inventory Management, and Sales Order Processing. (August 2006 – January 2007).

• IMC Holdings, Inc., Grayslake, IL. Materials Planning Functional Consultant. Major, international manufacturer and distributor of fork lift truck parts. I conducted analysis of operations and developed recommendations for global DRP/MPS/MRP materials planning improvements. Also conducted process improvement workshops for key managers; (using J.D. Edwards World A7.3). Forecasting, Distribution Requirements Planning, and Procurement. (November 2005 – July 2006).

• Mannatech Inc., Dallas, TX. Forecasting and Materials Planning Consultant. Rapidly growing international marketer, developer, and distributor of nutritional supplements, topical products, and weight-management products. I worked directly with the Global Procurement Manager to implement new sales forecasting, MRP and DRP processes needed to improve sales and reduce inventory levels. Duties included business analysis, software configuration, conference room pilot testing, and providing APICS education. (Using J.D. Edwards Enterprise One, Version 8.9 and 8.11. Forecasting, Distribution Requirements Planning, and Procurement. (June – October 2005).

• Melaleuca, Inc. (The Wellness Company), Idaho Falls, ID. Manufacturing / Distribution Planning Consultant. International multi-plant manufacturer and marketer of unique health, home, and personal care products. I conducted an analysis of operations and system set-up and developed a report recommending possible DRP/MPS/MRP process improvements. Also conducted user training workshops; using PeopleSoft Enterprise One, Version 8.1 (J.D. Edwards B7334). Forecasting, Distribution Requirements Planning, Manufacturing Planning, and Procurement. (May 2005).

• Marantec America, Inc., Lincolnshire, IL. Forecasting and Materials Planning Consultant. Chicago area manufacturing company. I developed process improvements in forecasting and master scheduling practices, using J.D. Edwards OneWorld Xe. Forecasting, Distribution Requirements Planning, Manufacturing Planning, Discrete Manufacturing, and Procurement.

• Grasso & Chilton, P.C., Tempe, AZ. ERP Project Expert Witness. On retainer as a J.D. Edwards OneWorld ERP expert witness in a lawsuit by a manufacturing company against a J.D. Edwards Business partner, that involved a failed J.D. Edwards OneWorld ERP implementation project.

• Johnson Outdoors, Inc. Old Town Canoe Division, Bangor ME. Manufacturing Distribution and Procurement Consultant. I lead the manufacturing and distribution functions and team users during this project. Duties included working with the users to analyze and configure the software, provide user APICS education, detailed “how-to” training, and conference room pilot testing. My efforts resulted in a high degree of commitment and understanding of the new ERP system. We went live successfully on schedule (Using J.D. Edwards OneWorld Xe.) Forecasting, Manufacturing and Distribution Planning, PDM, Discrete Manufacturing, Inventory Management, and Procurement modules.

• Plexus Corporation, Neenah, WI. ERP Project Manager. International, EMS (electronic manufacturing services) company, rapidly growing, due to an aggressive acquisition strategy. This was a strategic project to define and develop global, world-class, business processes, using J.D. Edwards One World Xe as the ERP system foundation. My expertise focused on the usage of J.D. Edwards to achieve manufacturing process improvements, and a paperless shop floor control solution. • Arrow Products, Inc., Elkhorn, WI. Project Manager. I acted in roles of J.D. Edwards functional analyst, business process “teacher”, and Project Manager for this 3PL, fulfillment warehousing company’s ERP implementation to achieve adding strategic warehouse management capabilities, using EDI processing and radio frequency bar code scanning entry into J.D. Edwards. (Using J.D. Edwards OneWorld Xe.) Advanced Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, DSI RF Bar Code Scanning Interface, Sales Order Processing, Forecasting, Distribution Planning, and Procurement Modules.

NTN Bearing Corporation of America, Mount Prospect, IL 01/01 – 10/01

IT Management Consultant. A major $800 million manufacturer and distributor for a wide range of ball and roller bearings, serving the automotive, industrial and recreational markets. Worked closely with executive management in the implementation of supply chain management initiatives to improve performance and competitiveness. I recruited, developed, directed, and managed a team of 15 MIS professionals. I was key to the successful turn-around of a faltering J.D. Edwards OneWorld implementation project (B73.3.2). Within a several month period I dramatically improved the performance of the MIS department. Successfully headed up and completed the implementation of two ERP implementation projects. Divestiture of half of Company (“Building Products” Division) required a quick and successful implementation; successful results saved $1.5 million in hard dollars for the Company.
