Over thirteen years of experience in the areas of Business Administration, Office and Management. In the area of business administration I have performed as Operational Manager with the responsibility to comply with all the company’s required operational and administrative processes in a daily basis, including the responsibility to assure a business efficient operation, supervising the company’s physical dependencies, supervision of management personnel, supervision of sales representatives, rules and procedures manual enforcement, among others.

As Operational Manager I have had the responsibility to comply with all the company’s required operational and administrative processes in a daily basis, including the responsibility to assure a business efficient operation in the four business stores, supervision and coordination with the management personnel in each of the stores, periodic supervision of sales representatives, rules and procedures manual enforcement, employees’ payroll preparation, stores inventory reconciliation, banking account monitoring and reconciliation, among others. I have been also responsible to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote and effectively sell multi sensorial experiences to the wholesale and retail markets through the company’s aromatic solutions. This responsibility also includes periodic sales training for all company’s sales representatives.

LA TERRAZA RESTAURANT 2002-2007

As Floor Manager I was responsible to comply with all the required operational tasks in a daily basis, including the responsibility to assure a business efficient operation in the floor, coordination and supervision of all the floor services, supervision of service employees, supervising the restaurant’s physical structure and equipment, among others. As Administrative Assistant I was responsible for most of the administrative and secretarial support tasks including general office such like attended multi phone line incoming calls, related tasks, employees’ payroll preparation, employees’ vacations and sick documentation, employees job schedules preparation, memos, correspondences, banking account monitoring among many others.

TIRI GMAC REAL ESTATE 1998-2002

As Administrative Associate I was responsible for most of the administrative tasks including general office related tasks like coordinating all official communication between the customers and company’s realtors, calls record registration for all calls concerning to realtor’s selling properties, assuring the utilities normal operation of the building through the required monitoring and coordination, among others. In the Customer Service experience area I was responsible to provide orientation for customer’s information requirements like properties characteristics, prices and incentive offers.

As Realtor I was responsible of the marketing and sale of several properties to customers in the local market. This responsibility included tasks like creation of properties listings, coordinate with the customers the process of show several properties according to the customer’s specific interests and needs, provide them the needed orientation, mortgage bank qualification for the customers, and mortgage bank closing coordination for the customers.
