International, 2009 to present.
Contracted to assist new ownership in
transition of executive
responsibilities to new management
team. Provided input on all contracts
to minimize risk.
Cole Industries. Promoted to levels
of increasing responsibility for this
$30M gaming/kiosk cabinet
manufacturer.
- President/COO, 2007 to 2009.
Selected to assume day-to-day
operations and fiduciary functions in
absence of CEO, in addition to
handling COO responsibilities.
Prepared company for sale by driving
revenues, increasing profitability
and building a senior leadership
team. Managed team of 125, full P&L
and $15M budget.
- COO, 2005 to 2007. Promoted to
oversee all operations including
manufacturing, estimating, materials
control, QA, sales, facilities and
client/vendor relations. Transitioned
production to JIT, and ensured all
OSHA, safety and government
compliance guidelines were met.
Oversaw 100 staff and $12M budget.
- VP Business Development, 1999 to
2005. Promoted from Project Manager
to expand market share to Europe and
Asia. Accountable for client/vendor
relations, purchasing, production
controls, estimating, pricing, and
contract negotiations. Led team of 12
and $10M budget.
