2000-2005 United States Navy Reserve

While at the Atlantic Ordnance Command, attended explosive ordnance training, operated and maintained explosive coastal ordnance facilities to support Atlantic Fleet, performed inspection of ammunition and loading equipment, fabricated blocking and bracing fixtures to fasten to ammunition and explosives. In January 2004, deployed to Kuwait-Operation Noble Eagle, Enduring Freedom, and Iraqi Freedom. Worked as an Ammunition Accountant, Retail Ordnance Logistics Management System (ROLMS) Operator, Ordnance Certification Team Member, and Security Team Member. Operated, maintained, and provided operational functions for receipt, inspection, and transportation at ordnance facilities. Back at the Atlantic Ordnance Command, was Maintenance Supervisor, and member of the Operation Readiness Support Team.

1991-1999 United States Navy

While with the HM-14 Squadron, performed maintenance, launch and recovery of aircraft, supervised Ground Support Equipment, performed mine sweeps in Belgium and Denmark, and helped detonate two World War 2 mines in the north Atlantic. While on the John F. Kennedy, rebuilt all of the support equipment for aviation ordnance, was in charge of HASMAT which included working closely with the EPA in Florida. While with the VAW 120 Squadron, was responsible for the maintenance and inventory of the tools used on the aircraft, supervisor of thirty people who performed maintenance, launch, and recovery of aircraft.
