Company: Cypress Gardens Water Skis Winter Haven, FL. 33880
The company manufactured water skis and accessories. I was responsible for all aspects of manufacturing and shipping. I supervised 4 department managers, 12 lead people and 52 employees with $47 million in annual sales.
Cypress Gardens Water Skis was purchased by ERO Industries in 1988 and they transferred me to Hazlehurst, Georgia to improve the P&L at the plant in two departments, also move a division from New York and reset up for production and oversee 4 different divisions.
