Customer Service Rep.-As a CSR I answered inbound calls for more than 30 different accounts on a random basis, basic data entry, taking phone orders, providing people with information on products being ordered and provided outstanding customer care.

CONVERGYS: 11/04-09/05

Customer Service Rep-Answered inbound calls for Cingular Wirless, and Comcast. On the Cingular project I ensured the customer had a wonderful experience with our interaction, took payments, troubleshooted problems, gave info on current plans, gave coverage areas and any specials that were available. On the Comcast project I was reffered to as Tech Support. I trouble shooted High Speed Internet connections, gave general info, set up trouble calls or truck rolls, took payments, trouble shooted email or any other problem the subscriber may have had.

Customer Service Rep- Answered inbound calls for BlueMedicareRX prescription drug plan. Answered questions regarding members plans, covered medications and pharmacies. I am also an understudy lead, which helps out on the floor when in need. I have been on the project team or the "PCT" team since 11/06 and am also very familiar with that information. I have since been promoted to a full time lead where I perform the duties mentioned earlier on a permanent basis.

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma from Childress High School where I was active in athletics and several church activies.
