Abstract:
More than 4 years of experience in power plant maintenance. Currently working with Thermax Ltd (O&M) at ACC CEMENT, Chanda cement works, cement nagar, Gugghus, Chandrapur, Maharashtra. Experienced in reliability of the equipments and plants. Implementing schedules for breakdowns and planned maintenance and of 40 MW Power Plant. A keen planner to execute given job within the given cost, manpower and time.

• B.E. Mechanical with First Class from KDK college Engineering, Nagpur University in 2004

Job Responsibilities: April 2012-Till Date
• I am working as a Maintenance Engineer looking after Maintenance of 40 MW thermal power plant.
1 X 110 TPH 66 ata pressure and 485 C temperature Thermax make CFBC boiler controlled through ABB DCS.
• 1 X 70 TPH 66 ata pressure and 485 C temperature, Thermax make AFBC boiler controlled through ABB DCS
1 x25 & 1*15 MW extractions cum condensing Steam Turbine supplied by BHEL with WOODWARD-505 governing.
Auxiliaries like BFP, Cooling Water System, PRDS, Deaerator, HP Heater, Air compressor etc. controlled through DCS.
Preparation and following of PM Schedules
Break down and planned maintenance job
Preparation and execution of Shutdown planning

Job responsilities: 26 Jan 2011 to 11 April 2012. As a mech. Maintenance engineer in 1*8 MW thermal power plant.
● 1*20TPH 66 ata pressure & 485 degree c temperature AFBC boiler controlled through DCS.
● 2*10 TPH 66ata pressure & 485 degree c temperature WHRB controlled through DCS.
2) Topworth Urja & power ltd. Nagpur, Maharashtra.
Job responsibilities: October 2009 To Jan 2011.As a mech.Maintenance engineer in 2*15 MW thermal power plant.
● 2*70 TPH 66 ata pressure & 485 degree c temperature AFBC boiler controlled through DCS.
● 2*10 TPH 66ata pressure & 485 degree c temperature WHRB controlled through DCS.
3) PowerGen Engg. Services, Nagpur, Maharashtra.
Job responsibilities: October 2008 To October 2009.As a site in charge at JK white cement under the contract of Thermax Ltd (O&M) in 1*7.5 MW thermal power plant.
● 1*32 TPH 66 ata pressure & 485 degree c temperature AFBC boiler make Thermax controlled through DCS.
4) Shree Virangana Steels Ltd., Nagpur, Maharashtra.
Job responsibilities: Feb 2006 To October 2008.As a mechanical engineer in sponge iron division 2*100 TPD KILN.
