* As a corporate tester applications expert, executed key test applications and development roles during design and build of new test system concepts (Hardware and Software) used to test multiple products for RF Wireless, Analog, Mixed Signal, Digital and other business units utilizing Texas Instruments' Proprietary Test System.

* Used PASCAL in combination with C/C++ to develop and implement a test method to reduce test time by utilizing shared algorithm concept on a Dual-Core Processor Controller. Attained 20% to 30% reduction in overall device test time.

* Led Philippine based engineering team smoothly install, qualify and release to production 87 RF Automatic Test Equipments for a new Final Test floor at Texas Instruments (Phil.), Inc.

* Led cross-functional team that defined, evaluated and implemented a more efficient System Calibration process for RF ATE. The process allowed continuous production operation to 3 months without re-calibration (from 1 month).

* Worked with end users in setting standards and processes for applications development for new Mixed Signal and RF device testing. Published Test Application notes for easier test program debug , application problem resolution and proper tester to device resource allocations for domestic as well as international end users.

* Used GPIB programming in creating a Rack & Stack module solution for testing and characterization of new test concept requirements.

* Designed and implemented innovative cost-effective test coverage for an SoC Auto-ID product. Reduced test time from 3 secs to 1 sec. (33% reduction).

* Coordination with Product Engineering in the resolution of hardware and device problems at Offshore Final Test Sites.
