PROJECT/TRAINING:
i) Project on HACCP and food safety in Mother Dairy, Patparganj New Delhi from Feb’04 to Apr’04.
In the above Project I worked in Bacteriology Lab on different types of milk products and ice cream and main aim was to check the presence of different micro-organisms in the final products of the industry I, ice-cream and milk related products.
iii) Four weeks Training Report submitted to Indian Herbs Industry, Saharanpur in July 2003 on “Microbiological Examination of crude herbs and veterinary medicines” to check the presence of pathogenic microorganisms.
iv) Four weeks Training in Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd. Worked in distillery and check the presence of pathogens.

i) Attended conference of Biomedical Education and Sciences (COBMEDS) conducted by Doon Paramedical College, Dehradun in Jan’ 2003.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Curing of plasmid: Cultivation of anaerobic bacteria, Protein estimation, Analysis of DNA etc.
Electrophoresis: Agrose gel and PAGE
Chromatography : Thin Layer and Paper
Isolation of Micro organism: Pour Plate, Spread Plate and Streak plate method.
Widal and Blood grouping tests.
Biochemical Test: Protein estimation, Acidity, Total Fat, and Total Solid Percent.
Knowledge of Acidometer, PCR Spectrometer and Centrifuge.
Coagulate Acidity of Bacteria.
