· Managed the expansion and maintenance the server architecture, allowing significant annual sales volume growth: 2005 +68%, 2006 +10%, 2007 +18%, 2008 +21%, 2009 +19%.
· Spearheaded all business based projects for MoMAStore including: End-to-End Site Redesign, Catalog Quick Order, e-Spots and site content spots, implementation of Management Center for catalog management and promotions.
· Lead all technology based projects for MoMAStore, including: Migration of Websphere Commerce from V 5.4 to V 5.6.3, Migration of Websphere Commerce from V 5.6.3 to V 6.0.7, and rewrite of Member discount functionality.

8/2001 to 8/2004: I/T Specialist for IBM Websphere Techline. Answered pre-sales technical support questions dealing with the entire IBM Websphere product line, the as well as products in the MQSeries and DB2 lines.

· Designed and coded GSR (Get Service Request) module, utilizing C++ to take text-based input from BellSouth systems, and populate Telcordia data structures for the processing of jobs.
