and ER Doctors. I performed procedures doing CT Head W/WO,Necks W,Thorax W/WO,Abd W/WO, Pelvis

W/WO,Done 3 Liver Phase,Pancreas W/WO,CTA CHEST,ABD,PELVIS,AAA,Carotids CTA,Brain CTA, CTA

Runoffs for the Legs,P.E for the Thorax.. Did Trauma CAT SCANS : Head ,Cervical, Face,Thorax, Abd / Pelvis.

Did ORTHOPEDIC CAT SCANS: Knees, Ankles , Feet, and UPPER EXTREMITY Exams. I also did Biopsys

and Drainges For Special Procedures For CAT SCAN. I also did X RAYS : Hands,Wrist ,Forearms,Shoulders

Chest ,Cervicals,Skulls,Face,Abd series, Pelvis,Legs ,Ankles,Feet. I also,used a Tele-RAD System at night to

send the CAT SCANS images from a Computer. I used a AMX Portable Machine for the Morning Portables.

I used a GE LIGHT SPEED for CAT SCAN Machine. I would Charge For Services in the Xray Dept. whether

CAT SCAN or X RAY on a computer. I would set up The Radiology Dept. For the Morning Crew. I would

work a 12 hr. for 1 week and off for 1 week. I would work extra hours if needed for the X RAY DEPT.Also

used and trained on a PACS SYSTEM.

Abd W/WO,Pelvis W/WO, Pancreas W/WO, 3 Liver Phase,. CTA Carotids,CTA Runoffs on Legs,CTA Chest,AAA

P.E Studys,CTA at the Bifircation in the Pelvis. I did Trauma CAT SCANS: Heads,Face,Cervical,Thorax,Abd/Pelvis.

I also did ORTHOPEDIC Procedures: Knees,Ankle,Feet,UPPER Extrimety and Lower Extremity.I also did Biopsys

and Drainges. I would Tele- Rad the CAT SCAN Images to the Radiologist On Call. form the Computer. I would Charge

for Services in the X RAY DEPT.I also would do Regular X RAYS: Hands,Wrist,Forearms,Shoulders,Chest,Cervicals,

Face,Skulls,Ribs,Abd Series. Pelvis, Ankles,Tibia/Fibia,Feet. I used 3 Kind of CAT SCANS: GE PRO -SPEED,GE-

HIGH SPEED, GE-LIGHT SPEED. I also was Trained on the PACS SYSTEM.

Radiologist on Call. I also used a AMX Machine To take X RAYS. I also used a GE-LIGHT SPEED for CAT SC

ANS. I also would Charge for Services either XRAY or CAT SCAN that was done.

to take XRAYS. I went to the OR to do Surgerys. I started to do CAT SCANS using a PICKER MACHINE. I also had

to Tele-RAD Images to the Radiologist on Call. I done NON-INVASIVE Studys for CAT SCANS. : Head,Face,Cervical

Chest,Abd / Pelvis,Lumbar.
