Ambo is a mobile based reporting and inspection system that eliminates any paperwork. It increases productivity, reliability, efficiency & accountability. It enables administrative users to design, configure and deploy a wide variety of business processes. They can specify exactly what data is to be collected, the interface layout, the look & feel along with the business rules presented to each user. The application targets mobile users in areas such as marketing, sales, and account and operations management that need real-time relevant data for information and decision making purposes.

The system is basically a server-client application that interacts mutually to provide a complete data collection solution. The client part is a mobile application that installs in the end-user's handset and allows for uninterrupted work in the field regardless of connectivity. The data is continuously buffered in the end-users handset and collectively submitted whenever the GPRS connectivity is available.

Client Product Pricing & Sample Test Module contains the procedures by which user can set price of client’s product and can book client‘s sample for test. Chain of Custody & Dashboard Module contains the procedures by which user can assign task of client’s sample to employee and can check client’s sample status. Report & Invoice Module contains the procedures by which user can check reports and can print and make invoice for client’s sample. Admin Module by which admin can man manage all the flow.
