Worked on a daily basis to secure aerial and underground permits with both government and private entities. Primary POC with DISD network personnel to identify and design network, Outside Plant, building entrance and Inside Plant requirements.

Directed the construction, engineering and maintenance of the CSU campus wide fiber optic network. Managed installation and engineering personnel on a daily basis as needed to design, implement and maintain network infrastructure. Primary interface with Colorado Department of Transportation, University of Wyoming and City of Ft. Collins CO. to collaborate on joint venture fiber optic network builds throughout the region.
