Functional specification: This project helps me to understand the working in big organization and also help me to get exposure in a reputed pharmaceutical company. In this project my work is based on Statistical data collection and Process control. With this project I had also worked on Risk Analysis of whole company.

Functional specification: This was my first exposure to any manufacturing organization. This project helps me to understand work culture and how can I implement my knowledge. In this project I was accompanied by one of my colleague. We had done 3 projects there; the first one was Data collection and analysis, second one was Warranty claim analysis and last one was related with preparation of company’s manual as per ISO 9001 standard.

Current Organization: Presently working in international certification body ECOCERT India Pvt. Ltd. since May 2010 till date.

Job Profile : My job profile is to work as quality auditor and to maintain and improve quality in certification process as per ISO-65, also working as an Internal Auditor and Management Representative. In this job I tried to ease the process of certification by implementing the formats which describes the whole current process at a glance. Beside this I am doing onsite audits of our clients looking for certification. After inspection, submit inspection report to certification officers. Doing work related to accreditation and its renewal. Documentation control is also one of the works in my job profile. Taking customer feedback (Voice Of Customer) is also a part of my job which help us to improve process by knowing CTP’s through QFD and reduce costomer complaints.
