BRIEF OVERVIEW

• 38 years of wide long experience in all QA/QC activities; EPC projects right from design input, raw material, procurement, manufacture (fabrication & testing), construction (installation, testing, Mechanical Completion, commissioning, Startup & handover), exploration, production, transmission, refining, shutdown & maintenance, QMS, EMS & OSHAS.

• Fully familiar with hands on experience at Owner/PMC/EPC/Contractor/Manufacturing environments in QA/QC aspects of Oil/Gas Fabrication/Construction.

• Handled major EPC contracts from Design Office environment / FEED and site for the construction of refinery, Gas Plant, LNG Plant (downstream), Oil / Gas producing facilities & Gas gathering centers, Gas Transmission & Oil Shipping Pipelines, Storage facilities, Structural & Buildings.

• Evaluated Design input / output, review & validation in line with construction code requirements in Design Office environment (FEED).

• Performed On-stream inspection for both Upstream and Downstream of Oil/Gas facilities, Shutdown / T&I (Turn Around) - planning, preparation, inspection and reporting.

• Handled many grades of ferrous (CS, LTCS, SS, Cr-Mo Steels), Cu-Ni, Monel, Inconel and other non-ferrous material.

• Familiar with the new Inspection technologies of CUI (Corrosion under Insulation), Guided wave long range ultrasonic for inspection of long oil / gas pipe lines.

• Used the latest On-Stream Repair Technologies of Clock Spring, Carbon Fiber Composite Repair etc

• Performed around 250 external / internal / Certification QMS Audits (ISO 9001:2008) and non-conformances are identified, closed out after corrective & preventive actions and reported to Management.

• Carried in-house EMS Audits as per, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 audits.

• Performed training of local nationals in Quality Control & Quality Assurance activities.

• Involved in R&D welding activities including welding machine development, technology development and training of Welders / Welding Supervisors / Engineers.

• Thorough knowledge of various forms of corrosion and their identification along with monitoring (Visual inspection, Remaining thickness monitoring, Identifying defect mechanisms & Remaining Life assessment, etc) and mitigation methods, maintenance and turn around Inspection of static equipment, piping & storage facilities in both Petroleum Refinery and Oil Exploration / Gas Dehydration / Gas Transmission and Cathodic Protection.

• Computerized corrosion & inspection monitoring, review of data and generating reports.

Gathering centers (GC28) with the production capacity of 220,000 mbpd of oil, 170,000 mscfd of gas & 155,000mbpd of water and all associated plant including tank farms, heaters, desalters, separators, condensate / refrigeration treatment etc.

• Preparation, periodic review & revision of Project Co-ordination Manual, Project Quality Plan, Project Quality Manual and preparation of other QA procedures generally in accordance with ISO 9001 quality system and as per contract requirements
