BRIEF OVERVIEW

• 38 years of wide long experience in all QA/QC activities; EPC projects right from design input, raw material, procurement, manufacture (fabrication & testing), construction (installation, testing, Mechanical Completion, commissioning, Startup & handover), exploration, production, transmission, refining, shutdown & maintenance, QMS, EMS & OSHAS.

• Fully familiar with hands on experience at Owner/PMC/EPC/Contractor/Manufacturing environments in QA/QC aspects of Oil/Gas Fabrication/Construction.

• Handled many grades of ferrous (CS, LTCS, SS, Cr-Mo Steels), Cu-Ni, Monel, Inconel and other non-ferrous material.

• Familiar with the new Inspection technologies of CUI (Corrosion under Insulation), Guided wave long range ultrasonic for inspection of long oil / gas pipe lines.

• Used the latest On-Stream Repair Technologies of Clock Spring, Carbon Fiber Composite Repair etc

• Performed around 250 external / internal / Certification QMS Audits (ISO 9001:2008) and non-conformances are identified, closed out after corrective & preventive actions and reported to Management.

• Carried in-house EMS Audits as per, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 audits.
