Unified Access Control is composed of:

• Hardened, centralized network access control policy management servers.

• The dynamically downloadable UAC Agent,

• UAC enforcement points, including any vendor-agnostic 802.1X-enabled wireless access point or switch, including Ex Switches Firewall (SRX, SSG) and IDP (intrusion detection and prevention)devices.

• Involved in development of different feature for UAC product:

o UAC - Juniper Firewall Integration: This feature enables UAC to work as centralized policy management for firewall. Users are allowed to access the resources based the policy defined in UAC.

o Overlapping IP Addresses support in UAC: UAC supports SSG firewall, which works in virtual mode and can support overlapping IP address subnet. Since UAC works as centralized policy manager for ISG hence it should also support the overlapping IP addresses.

o UAC- Ex switches Integration: This feature enabled UAC to communicate with Ex switches and work as resource access policy manager.

o IF-MAP Development: Currently working in development of IF-MAP protocol for UAC product
