Develop, negotiate, implement, execute, and manage all government contracts according to the FAR. Responsible for leading and negotiating a 5-year fixed cost contract worth $15 million with the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for all electrical, and datacom supplies. Utilized the Federal Acquisition Requirement guidelines for all U.S. Federal Government contracts.
