I am a very energetic team player dedicated individual who has an ambition to succeed in any given environment.Although I have extensive experience in the printing field as a press operator I love to learn and always up to a challenge whatever the situation. I get along well with others whilst also working efficiently on my own.I am seeking a position where I can develop and excel while giving my best to an employer.

Press operator on a 4 color uv Kase press printing on varies of sizes of pails my job was to manually make ready putting plates on and register getting color up to customer standards I had to supervise a 2 man crew giving breaks checking quality of my print and maintain machine fixing any mechanical problems or trouble shooting print problems I had to assure proper technique's were used for each customer and make sure each job was packed up to standards for customers, I checked my copy and color for each print job I printed.I worked with manager printing samples for our customer worked with quality to assure all pails were printed to our customers standards provided by them.

I started in Packing and inspecting working my way in to quality assurance member team from Feb 96 to Jan 2000 I worked in inspection finally product goods checking color to cut scores I assured proper finish goods were ready to ship to customer I made labels according to customer regulations and made sure each pallet was packed properly with guide lines I was a team leader helping new employers and training each one with the correct techniques of 1so 9000 I helped with quality audits getting each department ready for audits with ISO and ABI as well as a plant ready for MFS audit and passed all audits I have worked with customer service as well with customers making color standard books for our printing dept making sure they are up to date and up to standards. In Jan 2000 I was promoted to printing dept as a feeder on a 7 color press were I worked hard with a 2 man crew and as years went by I achieved the goal I had set out I became a operator on a 1 color or uv coating Meilhe press company purchased to print fast turn rounds on a one color job or uv coating on jobs off of the 60 in press I was operator that had to make ready and set up plates and register and run press watch for quality and trouble shoot each problem acquired on press I had to do preventive maintenance such as change rollers as needed set strips if needed check oil or just pull week to week maintenance keeping up with proper documents I was a asst pressmen for 4 years on a 6 color uv press and early 2010 company purchased a in line coater from Ariadiant Company I trained with the owner as he installed unit to learn to set up and run coating in any unit where we could print and coat then print after very neat techniques for toady's market in folding cartons we did many customer proofs worked direct with customers with this unique procedure I was on safety team as well as first aid and CPR I have strived hard in learn different trouble shoots tech to be helpful on press with problems that can happen, very good catching the small problems as well as big ones I make sure each pallet is up to quality standards.I am very neat on a day to day basis with my house keeping and will continue to work and stive on safety to assure my press is always safe to work with and my team.
