To Whom It May Concern:

Julie Wittmer came to work for us in August of this year. When she was brought into our office, she given very little training in her job due to a lack of time and personnel to train her. I tell you this because I feel it is extremely important for her next employer to understand her true value. When Julie was hired, we knew she had a lot of office and management experience but lacked greatly in the medical arena. What drew us to her initially was her outgoing personality and confidence and we felt certain we could train her in the areas we required for the position. Hiring her was a great decision for us. She excelled in every possible way. First and foremost, our patients loved her. Also, her willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty made her a truly dedicated and exceptional employee.

Unfortunately, we hired Julie a little too soon. Our plan, when she was hired, was to expand our facility to include another doctor and a few more Chiropractic Assistants. While we have, in fact, taken on another doctor, we decided to change direction a bit. This left us with too many employees. As wonderful as Julie is and as valuable as she was to our practice, we also had other, very valuable employees who had greater experience and tenure with the practice. After a great deal of discussion and contemplation it was decided that we must let her go. I cannot even begin to tell you how difficult this decision was for our entire team as we all loved her and valued her, not only as an employee, but as a part of the family here at Deerwood Lake.

It goes without saying that we all highly recommend Julie to any medical facility who is looking for a truly exceptional employee. I can assure you that you would be getting someone who is not only loyal, but truly dedicated to your practice and your patients. She learns procedures, computer programs, patient names, rehabilitation techniques and more, very quickly and she requires very little direction once she has mastered the task at hand. She is outgoing and personable with the staff and more importantly, the patients. She is never one to say or even insinuate that something is "not her job". She is truly a team player and will undoubtedly be a valuable part of any practice. I only wish we were in a position to keep her as a part of this practice as we know we are losing an extremely valuable team member.

If you are looking for an exceptional employee, please take a moment to speak with Julie. Also, if you have any questions regarding Julie and/or her ability, please do not hesitate to contact me. It is my greatest hope that she would find a wonderful position with a truly great practice where she can thrive and dedicate herself to a field in which she is surely set to excel.

Thank you for your time. HAVE AN OUTSTANDING DAY!

Very truly yours,

Jill L. Weirich
