>> RECENT ACCOMPLISHMENTS

* Global Deployment of SAP R3 (HR Module). During deployment I had the specific responsibility on the business side for functional requirements, authorizations, UAT (HPQC), OM/PA. Post deployment I had responsibility for authorization enhancements from both a business and IT perspective. This was an ECC 6.0 HR implementation. I was solely responsible for user management (SU01) authorization profiles & role development using authorization objects (PFCG), user reporting for data quality and audits, troubleshooting (SU53/ST01), testing, transporting etc. This solution included a NetWeaver portal and backend reporting from a separate (BI) SAP reporting client. I had similar responsibilities for other HR application roll-outs as well. Two other example roll-outs were SAP HCM US and SAP HCM France. These occurred prior to the global implementation described above.

* Developed end-to-end security model for global SAP clients including:

o Functional role development [custom T-codes (SE93) and programs, PAs, Infotypes, and other objects as well as structural authorizations(OOSB)]

o User access request tools and auditable approval processes (with SOD) for communication and system users as well as emergency firecall processes

o Quarterly data quality reports (USR/AGR) and processes (using CheckAud and other, custom, tools)

o Client architecture design (including scrambling for non-production clients)

o Annual user reauthorizations

o I have implemented similar solutions for other HR applications as well.

* Designed work intake program – Constructed the process for managing HR enhancement requests ensuring that they adhere to HR strategies and budgets. If so, I lead each change from inception, approvals, through the System Development Life Cycle, and finally to closure. I’m the primary business interface to IT representing all HR applications globally

* PeopleSoft and SAP HR Business Application Owner – I own all decisions around how the tools are implemented and used as well as any spending associated with enhancing them. I have similar responsibilities for other HR applications as well. Some of these additional applications are Business-Objects, Corporate directory and Identify Management (IDR).

* Global HR System Decommissioning. I’m leading this project whose goal is to identify any opportunities for potential application decommissioning and consolidation in an effort to reduce the HR and IT operations budgets. After all 150+ applications are surveyed, I need to partner across organizations (and with leaders) to obtain buy-in. Then a project will be developed and led by myself and my IT partners to design decommission/consolidation plans and execute them.
