After being married once for fifteen years without a single separation, I am presently divorced and I have three sons.

I was born and grew up in Mobile, Alabama and graduated from Central High School In May of 1962.

December of 1994, I graduated from Tennessee State University School of Engineering with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, with a minor in Mathematics.

December of 1997, I graduated from Tennessee State University School of Education with a Masters Degree in Administration and Supervision in Higher Education, with a concentration in Criminal Justice.

August of 1999, I graduated from Middle Tennessee School of Education with a Specialist in Education Degree in Educational Leadership, with a concentration in Criminal Justice.

May of 2002, I graduated from Tennessee State University, School of Education with a Doctorate in Administration and Supervision in Higher Education.

Work Experience

Present Employment:
