Direct the efforts of a team of six Customer Service Representatives to meet the international shipping needs of our major (BASF, Wal-Mart, Exxon Chemical, GM, etc,) accounts. Provide technical support to the Sales Representatives by making joint sales calls on new accounts. Work to establish strong customer relations and build sales through account growth.

• Developed and implemented an automated cargo tracking system for VIP accounts. The system automatic time alerts in advance of critical points in the cargo transfer. Result:The tracking system allows us to proactively manage shipments, minimize process upsets, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
