I was responsible for the management and training of the NC and SC region. I had 14 sales reps. I personally set up the entire Southeastern distributor network. I was instrumental in setting up company procedures and training. My primary responsibility was training, but I also was heavily involved in recruiting, management and sales. Presentations and Seminars both in person and via webinar was an important part of this position. I reported to the VP of Sales and Marketing directly with weekly and quarterly reports.
