• Vertical and horizontal wells operations.

• Good experience in several hole problems treatments : As Stuck pipes ,losses, string washout, fishing problems, plastic clay stone. good experience in ;cementing using DV, light slurries, running casing, WBM system.

• Good experience in drilling and coring with all types of bits;PDC,Tricone and Diamoand Bits

• Good experience in drilling with PDM, MWD & LWD.

• Experience with Drilling Software WELLVIEW of Peloton.

Missions on Site:

• Permanent official Representative of the company on the rig sites.

• In charge to realize gas and oil wells under best conditions of time, cost, safety and quality.

• First person in charge near the contractor to reduce environmental impact.

• Charged to take care on the well and staff safety control that all personel wear their PPE.

• Identify high risk situations, document them, and adopt preventive measures

• Follow the performance of all kind of drilling bits

• Animate every day the morning meeting and participate at every Pre Job Safety Meeting.

• Anticipate commanding all equipments of drilling and completion in advance to avoid waste of time

2. Workover Supervisor

Akakus Oil Operations, El Sharara field, Libya: 2006 – 2007

• Extensive experience in preparing, running ESP assembly, Well Testing & Completion in more then 15 wells.

• Responsible for the day-to-day on site planning, rig start-up and execution of completion and workover activities.

• Supervise contractor and service personnel to ensure all work performed conforms to safety, quality and highest value requirements and in accordance with the well programme.

• Responsible for day-to-day optimisation of activities and provision of first line action and problem solving in case of unexpected events.

• Co-ordinate the timely supply of required equipment, consumables and specialist services to ensure uninterrupted continuation of operations. Follow up material transfer

• Responsible for overall HSE on-site, ensuring full Wellsite compliance.

3. Night Drilling Supervisor

Akakus Oil Operations, El Sharara field, Libya: 2005 – 2006

Night Drilling Supervisor on extensive vertical wells under supervision and evaluation of high skilled REPSOL Senior Drilling Supervisors.

• Assist Senior Drilling Supervisor in developing, planning, scheduling and supervising the operations process of drilling operations.
