• Recommended the most cost-effective strategy for maintaining a highway by analyzing pavement distresses, pavement cores, IRI, FWD and GPR data

• Designed new pavement for a freeway and cold in-place recycling and asphalt overlay for a two-lane highway rehabilitation according to AASHTO standard
