This project works on the principles of designing using HTML. All the client side validation is done by using Java script and Client side processing are done by using JSP [Java Server page]. All server side processing are done by using Servlets and EJBs [Enterprise Java Beans]. Database MySql is used to store user and mail Details. Here session plays a major process and thus we can maintain a Session for every user and can reduce the number of databases.

COMPUTER AIDED SEGMENTATION OF HUMAN AIRWAY TREE USING SOFT COMPUTING TECHNIQUES

Airway diseases are frequently associated with morphological changes that may affect the physiology of the lungs. We develop a computerized scheme to automatically segment the human airway tree depicted on computed tomography (CT) DICOM images. In our proposed method, we use feature based Neural Networks (NN) for the segmentation and also uses extracted GLCM features for the thick and thin airway tree segmentation from lung by using MATLAB.
