Responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support for this senior residence community. Duties included the following:

• General administrative support. Functions included: Composing letters and memos, maintaining all business files, making travel arrangements, purchasing office products and serving as Notary Public. Also served as an interim administrator in the Human Resource Department. Provided backup coverage for various administrative areas as needed.

• Medical administrative support. Functions included: Scheduling and organizing committee meetings, including the keeping, transcribing and distributing of meeting minutes. Completed and submitted applications for state licenses and updated annual disclosure statements. Maintained vendor contracts and verified vendor liability insurance.
