I have been customizing, implementing and supporting the Oracle eBusiness, Supply chain and CRM suite of applications since 1993 for release 10.7, 11i, and 12. I have been involved in a multi-site and multi-org implementation of Oracle Financial and Supply Chain at Iomega with facilities in the Netherlands, Malaysia and Utah. I have presented papers at several Oracle users groups including Oracle Open World 2008, RMOUG 2008, European OAUG, and the Fall 2001 OAUG Conference.

Project: Abbott Labs, Diagnostics Division, Irving, TX (Jan. 2002-Sep. 2002)

Functional Project Lead for the upgrade from Release 10.7 of Oracle Financials and the implementation of Oracle Order Management/Shipping (11i), Oracle Warehouse Management (WMS) & Mobile Supply Chain Planning (MSCA). Lead a team of business analysts to select RF devices, train users, setup and debug the new Oracle applications. Additionally, I worked with the development staff to map and test the conversion from a legacy WMS system to the Oracle WMS.

Project: Honeywell, Minneapolis, MN (Jan.2001-Jan. 2002)

Project manager for the implementation of Oracle Order Management/Shipping (11i), Advanced Supply Chain Planner, Warehouse Management (WMS) & Mobile Supply Chain (MSCA) at Honeywell in Minneapolis after client upgraded from 11i. Responsibilities included creation the project plan, staffing requirements, cost estimates. Duties included: setups, training, test scripts and production support. Worked with off shore development resources in India. Training in Six Sigma Plus for Honeywell.

Manufacturing lead for the implementation and support for the upgrade to release 10.7 and implementation of Oracle Planning/MRP, Purchasing, Work in Process, Inventory, and Oracle Receivables for manufacturing and distribution sites. Tasks included developing test scenarios, user training and support for new functionality. Implemented FLOW and JIT manufacturing procedures.

Provided functional and technical support for the conversion of items, purchase orders and sales/use tax. Designed and developed in Designer /Developer 2000 a custom sales and use tax interface for Vertex & Account Payables.

Project: Amrion - Boulder, CO

Project lead for the implementation of Oracle Financial and Manufacturing modules including: GL, AP, Purchasing, Inventory, Planning, BOM, and WIP. Responsibilities included: developing and maintaining project plan, performing business analysis, system administration, and training for users. Provided training and support for new Oracle Applications Administrator (OAA). Worked with client DBA and System Administrators on installing and migrating Oracle database from 7.1 to 7.3

Project: CareerTrack - Boulder, CO

Functional lead for developing custom interfaces to link Oracle inventory to a custom planning and order entry system. Worked with developers and managers to define requirements, generate test plans and data extraction and update procedures to move data from a legacy system into Oracle. Worked with system administrators to develop test plans and migration practices for moving custom code out of development into production.

Project: Teledyne Water Pik - Ft. Collins, CO

Project lead for the implementation and conversion of Oracle Financial and Manufacturing modules, release 10.6.x. Tasks included reviewing current processes and recommending setup and process changes to improve operations. Setup modules WIP and Bills of Material

Project: Symbios Logic - Colorado Springs, CO

Provided programming support to import and update existing books in Oracle Fixed Assets. Tools included: Excel, Access 2.0, SQL*Plus, SQL*Loader, and PL/SQL.
