Staff manager actively led and developed quality initiatives for high volume $150 million in sales. OME injection mold, class “A” paint to body color match and intricate automotive assembly of exterior automotive and light truck mirrors and door handles. Directly manage 5 quality engineers, 2 field quality engineers and 3 quality technicians in a 3 shift operation.
