Primary responsibilities include full oversight of factory operations. Reporting production efficiency results, scheduling, labor percentage control, materials management, material supply troubleshooting, adhere to corporate A/R standards and maintained production budget. Lead lean manufacturing and continual improvement programs. Coordinate activities, safety policies and programs with production management team and approximately 200 associates in the construction process. Maintenance repair and budget control, and assisted with human resources in associate development and disciplinary actions.

Directed the Berthoud team in being the first Champion western region facility to reach 200 thousand in the factory cost reductions program.

Successful start up and prototype development for the Stratton Flatts subdivision in Eagle, Co., single and multi family complexes. Project target of 45 million.

Coordinated from start to finish process the first home show set up inside the National Western Complex for the Denver Home Show.

Lead and facilitated the manufacturing improvement team for product improvement.

Team member of the Champion Corporate Safety Steering Committee.

Designed and implemented a payroll system, rewarding craftsmen skills and longevity.

Directed the operation of motor home construction, including supervision of the construction team of approximately 300 employees. Analyzing manufacturing techniques for RV / automotive applications and production processes to ensure quality and safety compliance.

Succeeded in directing the Class C motor home factory to profitable efficiency levels.

Introduced and implemented process full body paint to the Class C motor home products.

Integrated the entry level Class A motor home into the product mix with Class C operations.

Introduced the Quality Verification Program to the Class C factory.

Facilitated the DuPont S.T.O.P. safety program to the factory leadership team.

Fleetwood Enterprises- Longview, TX.

Managed travel trailer production line of approximately 240 employees; responsibilities over operations of RV component lamination shop. Lead and develop training for product improvements between multiple teams and leaders.

Managed two production lines with both standard and high-end recreational vehicles to positive efficiency levels.

Planned, coordinated, and budgeted the complete set up of the fiberglass lamination and CNC operations shop employing 50 additional associates and bringing the Longview facility to the next level in product offerings.
