As a Resident Care Director, I was responsible for 303 residents, I monitored their health and well being .I provided leadership support and assistance with resident care and services. I trained and monitored care staff with medication mgt. administration. I had the ability to teach, train and monitor care staff quality clinical care. I communicated effectively with resident support services and their families. I maintained clinical quality assurance in accordance with state regulations. I promoted the highest degree of quality care and services to our residents.
Atria Chandler Villas-Jan/2009 to Feb/2010
As the Resident Care Director, my job duties included managing 164 residents, insuring theirs needs were provided. I supervised care staff that consisted of 10 caregivers. I prepared their schedules each month, did in-service training to meet state regulations. I did assessments prior to move-in and there-after. I communicated professionally with outside healthcare providers, as well as with our residents families. I had some marketing responsibilities as far as meeting with referral sources and touring our campus.
