Mr. Fuchs’ experience encompasses a broad range of environmental compliance, investigations, emergency response and remedial activities, managing projects in over 40 states and Mexico. He has served as the facility manager for the only commercial hazardous waste disposal facilities in Oklahoma and Utah. Mr. Fuchs was the team leader for the permit development and construction of the only post RCRA disposal facility in the country. Projects he has managed includes site investigations and remedial activities for the Department of Defense at numerous locations such as Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Altus AFB, Clinton Sherman AFB, Vance AFB, Whiteman AFB, Fort Sill Army Garrison, McGregor Naval Station, Jacksonville Naval Station, Fort Sam Houston and many more. In addition to project management Mr. Fuchs has served as Site Health and Safety Officer, Site Quality Assurance, and Site Construction Superintendent. As part of these projects, he has been responsible for the preparation of Site Work Plans, Site Specific Health and Safety Plans, Worker Health and Safety Programs, Site Investigation Programs, and Site Sampling Plans. Project Manager, AGEISS, Environmental Services Support for U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Fort. Sill, OK. Provides project management to Fort Sill’s Environmental Quality Division (EQD) for execution of their environmental pillars (compliance, restoration, pollution prevention (P2), and conservation) and related technical support on a firm-fixed price task order. Fort Sill consists of 93,828 acres that stretch approximately 26 miles in an east-west direction with an average width of six miles. Mostly rural areas and the Wichita Mountains National Wildlife Refuge surround the remaining portion of the installation. The mission of Fort Sill is to train U.S. Field Artillerymen. Approximately 22,000 soldiers and 6,500 civilian employees are employed at USAG Fort Sill. Responsible for management, oversight, and mentoring of 5 AGEISS personnel who provide technical support to Fort Sill. Specific technical support includes: Assist Fort Sill in complying with the U.S. Army Energy Program mandates including a comprehensive range of Energy and Water Management Program activities; all applicable energy-related Federal laws and Executive Orders as they pertain to reducing energy and water consumption and use of renewable technologies; and support of the Fort Sill Solid Waste Program in achieving the goals of the Installation Sustainability Program. Coordinate work with regulators, community stakeholders, Installation Management Command (IMCOM) and installation directors, staff, soldiers, contractors and tenants to reduce solid waste generation and increase diversion and recycling opportunities. Conduct storm water and storage tank compliance inspections at industrial and construction sites; provide Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know management support. Assist Fort Sill military and civilian personnel and contractors with hazardous waste management procedures; and provide natural resources support and data collection.

Environmental Compliance Officer, University of Oklahoma, Oklahoma City, OK. Ensured environmental compliance campus-wide. Acted as a liaison between Federal, state, and local environmental regulatory agencies. Optimized services by delivering training to personnel, developing Request for Proposals, selecting contractors, and managing hazardous waste program. Prepared and submitted four Air Quality Permit modifications (both construction and operating permit request) and was responsible for the submittal of a new Title V Permit application.
