2006-2009 Assistant Operations Manager / Operations Manager

2006 thru 2008 I was the Assistant Operations Manager and in 2008 thru

2009 I became the Operations Manager. My duties consist of managing

vehicle registration, ECR writers, maintenance, lot workers, sale day

drivers and lane leaders. I made sure all vehicles were in there proper

lanes for the up coming sale. Assisted the turning of vehicles from

one sale to the next. I’m responsible for taken care of all damage and theft to vehicles. I’m also a license Vehicle Verifier. And I have a Class A Drivers license

2003-2006 Recon Manager

Managed the reconditioning lot. Made sure all vehicles were ready

for the upcoming sales. Over see all vehicles being received from repo

agents. Over see the vehicles being picked up from redemption customers. Managed ECR writers and made sure all vendors were aware of all work that needed to be done on vehicles before there sale date. Also operated the Flatbed Tow Truck and the Wrecker to transport vehicles to and from dealer lots and pick up break downs.

1995-2003 Ford Accounts Manager

Maintained customer relations. I over saw all posting and auditing of

bills. I took care of Balancing the Wip before each sale. Made sure all

Uvis transmissions were successful. Set all sales and booked all

vehicles for sale prices. Helped with writing and ECR condition report when needed.

1990-1995 Sale Coordinator

I tagged all vehicles for detailing, Parked cars in there spots for the

upcoming sales. Made sure all vendors work on vehicles was done

to standard. Operated the wrecker and flatbed tow trucks

1984-1989 Vehicle Registration / Mail & Inventory Clerk

I registered all vehicles for all upcoming sales. I sorted all incoming mail

and stamped all outgoing mail. I delivered and picked up mail from the

post office. I kept inventory of all supplies in the supply room and stock room. I ordered supplies needed for supply room. Also misc. maintenance work.
