Superintendent Responsibilities:

Develop and maintenance of a critical path schedule. Oversee production, safety, quality control, SWPPS and subcontractor coordination. Familiar with coordination of multiple bid packages, coordination of structural, architectural, and project administration including shop drawings/submittal review, RFI and change order development and management. Responsible for total oversight of construction, pre-construction coordination, subcontractor coordination meetings, plotting daily project and owner meetings. Ground up shell and turnkey tenant improvement. Developed shell, drive-thru, off/on site utilities, site grading, paving and site concrete in an existing shopping center.

Save Mart #19, Fresno, CA

Existing 50 year old grocery store in an existing shopping center. Completely removed the front of the store, extended it out 15 feet, remodeled the entire interior (every department) and all site utilities. Departments remodeled include: Frozen Foods, Full Service Deli/Bakery, Meat, Dairy, Produce and General Merchandise. Not one day of business was missed. $1.9 million

Medical Office Building, Valley Children’s Hospital, Madera, CA

New construction on semi-developed site, 2-story building and turnkey tenant improvement, including Dr’s offices, Pharmacy, Elevator Labs, on/off site utilities. $2 Million

Drainage Basin, Valley Children’s Hospital, Madera, CA

Constructed a 5-acre Drainage Basin with associated underground to facilitate new development. $800,000

Building G - New Construction-Office Building, Fresno, CA

Shell office building in an existing site with 2 turnkey tenant improvements. Brought in both wet and dryutilities from off sit. +/- $1.3 Million

Eastgate Shopping Center, Complete Remodel and Rebuild of Entire Site, Fresno, CA

Complete demolition of 30 acre site. Remove all existing buildings, services and facilities. Construction included 7 new building pad sites, anchor strip, all new utilities, all new site concrete, 7 new shop buildings, off-site improvements per Caltrans requirements and 5 turnkey tenant improvements.

Save Mart #52, Complete Remodel, Fresno, CA

Complete remodel of existing and open grocery store. The front of the building was removed, extended out and rebuilt. Every department was remodeled and relocated. All new refrigeration/freezer systems were installed. All new finishes throughout, in addition, a complete demolition and remodel of the fronts of an additional 2 building onsite were performed at the same time, which included providing access, structural remodeling, public access, and site improvements. Departments remodeled include: Frozen foods, Full service Deli/Bakery, Meat, Dairy, Produce and General Merchandise. Not one day of business was missed. $2.2 Million

Food4Less, Site and New Building Construction, Atwater, CA

Developed an 18 acre site. Brought in all new utilities, constructed 175,000 sq. ft. grocery store. 4 shop building, constructed a 1 acre ponding basin and storm water lift station. $3.4 Million

Hayward Plaza, New Construction Retail Shops, Hayward, CA

Constructed 3 new shop buildings in an existing Albertson’s shopping center. This was an extremely tight situation. Albertson’s didn’t have enough room for its own customers, much less 3 additional buildings. I managed the construction of the buildings, all new utilities and City required improvements on the corner of the 2 busiest streets in the Hayward. Project located across the street from Hayward City’s Building Department. $2.9 Million

John’s Incredible Pizza, Complete Remodel, Modesto, CA

A themed restaurant inside an 85,000 sq. ft. Home Depot shell. Complete demolition of all floors, utilities, docks and finishes. Constructed a full service commercial kitchen, 12 themed dining rooms and an arcade including a full size carnival ride.

Westlan Shopping Center, Complete Remodel, Fresno, CA

Complete demolition of site utilities and all buildings. Constructed 3 new shop buildings. 1 grocery store, Installed all new on/off site utilities. Completely re-contoured site drainage, all new curb/gutter and repaved entire site

Save Mart #92, New Construction, Fresno, CA

New ground up 65,000 sq. ft. grocery store. Included were General Merchandise, Deli/Bakery, Meat, Produce and Dairy departments. As with all Save Mart’s, the new stores are opened in 5 months, 4 weeks, and 3 days. $2.4 Million

Crossroads Shopping Center - Entire Site Development – Pad A, E, L, P, Petco, Staples, Save Mart #105, Shop I, Junior Anchor, Riverbank, CA

Originally property was an 85 acre farm. Complete demolition of site. Installed all new on/off site utilities for 28 buildings, 2 new City streets, 1 complete widening and reconstruction of 1 City street,1 bridge with canal siphon system, 6 shop buildings, 3 power strip buildings. Management of relocation of all off site utilities, worked closely with City Public Works, Building Department, and local utility companies. This is an ongoing project. $42 Million to date.

Ripon Shopping Center, Entire Site – Save Mart, Shops 1, 2, 3, Ripon, CA

Complete site development. Constructed 1 grocery store and 3 shop buildings. All new wet/dry utilities, site work, site concrete, grading and paving. $3.5 Million

Flight line Medical Center-Ops Side, Remodel, Lemoore Navy Air Station, Lemoore, CA

Convert a WWII mechanical repair facility to a modern pre-flight medical clinic for flight crews and facility members. The 15,000 sq. ft. was just across the street from the bases actual flight line in a highly secure area, which presented a whole new level of logistics. $5 Million

Child Development Center, New Construction, Military Housing, Marine Warfare Training

Center, Coleville, CA

Ground up facility using LEED Gold standards. This project was in a very remote area and faced many timing/budget challenges. $5 Million
