Objective is to maximize case capture through phone and email integration, delivery of straight through processing workflows to front line applications, usability enhancements and replacing contact center tools.

The application is build on Pega PRPC V6.2 and CPM using Agile Scrum methodology.

Responsibilities:

Acting as single point of contact for Requirements Management in a release

Managing parallel development of across multiple teams

Requirement understanding, suggesting improvements and finalizing scope of User Stories

Acting as single point of contact for customer and partner (HP) engagement for solution delivery, grievance handling and generating repeat business

End-to-end implementation of Trade Finance processes: Letter of Credit Issuance and Amendment, Import Bills processing under LC and on Collection Basis, Export Bills on Collection basis, Export Bills under LC and Purchase Order, Bill of Entry processing, Foreign Letter of Guarantee Issuance, Amendment and Closure, Outward Remittance process

Coordinating Pilot Run for the Trade Finance processes in newly created Trade Finance Back Office and identified bank branches

Coordinating UAT and End- user Trainings at various client locations
