Can perform a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of building and grounds at various facilities/sites including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, masonry , and painting tasks, repairs and treats structures such as floors, showers, sinks, walls, tools, and carpets.

Able to do minor troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustment of looks on doors, cabinets, desks, closest; repairs door hinges; cleans plugged key slots; changes filters on heating, ventilating and air conditioning units; service appliances, kitchen, and emergency equipment.

Capable of assist in moving furniture and equipment at various facilities/sites,; sets up and breaks down cubicle partitions; exercises discretion in identifying projects requiring the service of a higher skilled crafts person.

Understand the make up of series and parallel electrical circuits, work with electromagnetic induction and the basic operation of electric motors.

Able to apply various types of residential, light-commercial wiring methods and circuits, installs electrical boxes for receptacles and switch outlets.

Can interpret basic blue prints
